If homeowners and realtors wish to spotlight a specific property on the left or right margin of each page, such properties should have a single image which shall be displayed as no larger than (they can be larger in reality) 250 pixels wide x 300 pixels high. Note: It's important to keep the size ratio approximately square to avoid distortion when displayed. The images will be displayed with a link to the topic. An image can have words, be framed/bordered, and could even consist of a number of images, as in a .gif file, where all the photos from a property are displayed sequentially. For help with such an image or any problem with the site, contact me here. Such advertisements (either a still photo or an animated gif file) are free, but they are limited to one per member at a time. Alternatively, a realtor may wish to advertise his/her agency or personal services. These should be no larger than 250 x 200 pixels, but such advertisements can be linked to an external site (e.g., company website, Facebook, etc.) or to a topic here which provides additional details. A banner advertisement may be placed at the top of every page; however, there is a fee for that service.
Construction companies, hardware stores, and home suppliers are also welcome to submit advertisements for approval and display. Anyone (realtors, homeowners, construction, hardware, suppliers, or housing developers) wishing to advertise on the margins or top banner of this site should submit their advertisement here. |
