Homeowners and Realtors: This real estate application has many capabilities which posting on Facebook or similar platforms simply cannot match. For example, homeowners and realtors can make a listing appear (active) or disappear (inactive) with a single click. If the person who lists the property decides to hide it by making it inactive, nobody else will see it - it will not appear in search results, even if the search criterion match perfectly. If the property ever becomes available again, another click will make it show up in searches again. Regular property listings are always free and unlimited. To submit a listing, first login (or register) and then simply click the top link "Add Listing" (beneath the Real Estate house icon), and fill in the form.
Homeowners and realtors MUST provide contact information during registration. The contact information will be verified to prevent spam and scams. Note: Until contact information has been verified, listings will not appear.

No visitors or people interested in a property will be able to see others' contact information; but whoever registers on Realty-PI.com will be able to send a private message to the person who listed the property. If you permit email contact during registration, you will receive email notices of any private messages sent on Realty-PI.com. That can help ensure you never miss a potential lessee or buyer.
Renters: When searching for a property, you can specify exactly what you want: how far from a city center you are willing to travel, how many bedrooms and bathrooms, whether a property has to have a refrigerator, a stove, a washer, how much your budget allows, if a pet or smoking is permitted in a rental property, etc.; and when you submit the search, you'll get every listing that matches your requirements. If something is optional or you leave the search field blank, it won't restrict the results. You will not have to waste time looking at advertisements for properties which are no longer available; properties which are too far away from schools, hospitals, or grocery stores; properties which don't have the necessary furnishings, etc.
